Processing & Roast Schedule

  • Orders placed by end of day Tuesday are roasted fresh on Wednesday and ship by Friday.

  • Orders placed after Tuesday roll into the next week’s roast schedule to ensure peak freshness.

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • We ship anywhere in the U.S. via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

Local Pickup

  • Free local pickup is available at select café locations. Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll notify you when it’s ready.

Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after roasting/processing.

  • Please note: holidays, weather, or carrier delays may extend transit times.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Once shipped, 3 Arrows Coffee Co. is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

  • If your package arrives damaged, email us at info@3aroasting.com within 7 days and we’ll help make it right.
