Processing & Roast Schedule

Orders placed by end of day Tuesday are roasted fresh on Wednesday and ship by Friday.

Orders placed after Tuesday roll into the next week’s roast schedule to ensure peak freshness.
Shipping Rates & Methods

We ship anywhere in the U.S. via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.
Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available at select café locations. Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll notify you when it’s ready.
Delivery Times

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after roasting/processing.

Please note: holidays, weather, or carrier delays may extend transit times.
Lost or Damaged Packages

Once shipped, 3 Arrows Coffee Co. is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.
